Figma Begins IPO Roadshow

Figma has announced the launch of its initial public offering roadshow, moving forward with plans to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FIG.” The collaborative design platform originally confidentially submitted a draft S-1 with the SEC back in April 2025.

The proposed offering includes 12,472,657 shares to be sold by Figma and 24,646,423 shares to be sold by certain existing stockholders. The selling stockholders have also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,540,561 shares to cover over-allotments at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Figma will not receive any proceeds from shares sold by the selling stockholders.

The IPO price is expected to range between $25 and $28 per share.

Banking and Prospectus Details

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Allen & Company LLC, and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint lead book-running managers. BofA Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, and RBC Capital Markets are serving as book-running managers, with William Blair and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance as co-managers.

Copies of the preliminary prospectus can be requested from the lead underwriters, including Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Allen & Company LLC, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. The offering is being made only by means of a prospectus.

A registration statement relating to the securities has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
