Figma Raises IPO Price Range Ahead of NYSE Listing
Figma has updated the expected price range for its proposed initial public offering, increasing it to between $30 and $32 per share. The announcement follows the launch of the company's roadshow last week and comes as Figma prepares to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "FIG."
The company has filed an amended registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the offering.
Offering Details
The proposed offering will consist of 12,472,657 shares of Class A common stock sold by Figma, plus an additional 24,464,423 shares offered by certain existing stockholders. The selling stockholders have also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5,540,561 additional shares to cover over-allotments at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Figma will not receive any proceeds from shares sold by the selling stockholders.
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Allen & Company LLC, and J.P. Morgan are serving as joint lead book-running managers. BofA Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, and RBC Capital Markets are acting as book-running managers, with William Blair and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance as co-managers.
