OpenClaw Community Meetup Lands at GitHub HQ During Build 2026

OpenClaw, the open source framework for agentic systems that has racked up over 350,000 stars on GitHub, is getting its own community event. On June 3, 2026, OpenClaw: After Hours will take place at GitHub HQ in San Francisco, running in parallel with Microsoft Build 2026.

The evening is designed to bring together OpenClaw maintainers, ecosystem builders, and the developers who have been experimenting with the project. The goal is straightforward: get the community in one room and talk about what actually happens when agentic systems leave the demo environment.

Fireside Chat, Panels, and Lightning Talks

The program opens in the early evening with a fireside conversation featuring Peter Steinberger—also known as the ClawFather—who created OpenClaw. That is followed by a panel discussion with project maintainers and ecosystem builders covering the realities of shipping agentic systems at scale, including what is working and what is not.

The latter part of the evening shifts to a series of lightning talks, wrapping up with a happy hour designed for networking and exchanging notes on real-world implementations.
