Cloudflare Logpush Now Streams Directly Into New Relic
Resilient services are only half the story. Teams need to see what's actually happening across their stack to correlate performance, troubleshoot issues, and understand user behavior. For organizations running Cloudflare alongside other applications, that means bringing Cloudflare's HTTP request logs together with application and origin server logs for a complete view of request journeys.
Cloudflare has partnered with New Relic to build a direct integration between Cloudflare's Logpush product and New Relic's observability platform. The integration eliminates the need for middleware to shuttle log data between the two services, resulting in faster log delivery and lower infrastructure costs.
Correlated Logs, Metrics, and Traces
New Relic's cloud-based observability platform automatically correlates logs with metrics, events, and traces across applications, infrastructure, serverless environments, and mobile errors. Logs sit in context alongside the telemetry they relate to, so engineers can jump from an error trace directly to the relevant log entries rather than switching between separate tools to stitch the picture together manually.
New Relic One provides the collection, search, and correlation capabilities to support faster troubleshooting and investigation, giving teams a conduit to improve user experience and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
Cloudflare Quickstart for New Relic
To accelerate setup, the two companies have published a Cloudflare Logpush quickstart for New Relic. The quickstart installs a pre-built dashboard that surfaces key web traffic metrics from Cloudflare logs, connecting to New Relic's database for an at-a-glance operational view.
Getting started requires three steps:
- Enable Logpush to New Relic by following Cloudflare's “Enable Logpush to New Relic” documentation.
- Have a New Relic account on hand, or create a free-forever account.
- Install the Cloudflare quickstart in New Relic and follow the guided click-through.

Once configured, teams get a ready-made dashboard populated with key Cloudflare log metrics. Correlating that data across the rest of the stack in New Relic One supports ongoing monitoring and debugging to keep services stable and reliable.
