Learn Accessibility Course Launches on web.dev
web.dev has added a new course to its learning platform. Learn Accessibility, written by Carie Fisher, covers the fundamentals of building websites and web applications that are usable by people with disabilities.
The course is being released in stages. Seven modules are available today, with the remaining content scheduled to roll out in phases through the end of 2022.
The modules are designed to be read in any order, allowing developers to jump directly to the topics most relevant to their current work. The material emphasizes that accessibility best practices are not one-size-fits-all; the right approach often depends on the specific disability being addressed.
