No-Class CSS Frameworks: Style Semantic HTML Without Any Class Names

Water.css was highlighted not long ago as an interesting kind of CSS framework — one with no classes at all. Instead of markup like <h2 class="is-title">, you write semantic HTML and the styling simply arrives. Whether that approach scales very far is doubtful, but it is handy when you are writing semantic HTML and want something that looks as decent as possible with minimal effort.
