A faster path to the sites you manage most
Cloudflare has added a starring mechanism to its dashboard, giving account holders a way to pin up to 10 websites or applications for quicker access. The feature is aimed at users who juggle large numbers of zones and regularly navigate back to the same handful of properties.
The underlying problem is familiar to anyone managing dozens of domains: development or staging subdomains might be accessed daily during a build or migration, then sit untouched for months. Every login, however, still forces the user to search or page through long lists to reach a specific zone. Starring removes that friction by letting users mark frequently used items in advance.
How starring works
To mark a site, open its Overview page and toggle the star icon. The starred state is then reflected in most dashboard locations, indicated by a yellow star. Removing an item from the list is a simple toggle of the same control.
Once at least one item has been starred, it becomes possible to filter views down to only those entries. The “starred” filter is available from the Home page and from the site switcher in the sidebar navigation.
Current limits and next steps
The current per-account ceiling is 10 starred items. Cloudflare is positioning this as an initial release, with room to expand based on community feedback. Users are invited to share suggestions in the Cloudflare Community thread dedicated to the feature.
