Following Smashing Magazine’s monthly tradition, this latest collection brings together work created by the community, for the community.

Every wallpaper in this roundup was designed by artists from around the globe, with full creative freedom over themes and execution. The artists were not given prompts or direction—each piece reflects the designer’s own imagination and seasonal mood. Celebrating Mental Well-Being

October brings attention to World Mental Health Day, and this wallpaper captures that theme through thoughtful symbolism. Carla Dipasquale’s Trick Or Treat is built around a playful conceit: what if woodland creatures celebrated Halloween like people?
