new.website joins the v0 team to push agent-native web tooling

v0 and new.website are now one team, combining efforts around the shared goal of letting anyone ship complete, production-ready software with AI. new.website was built to make website creation effortless with everything included, from built-in forms to SEO, and that team is now working inside v0 to shape its built-in tools and integrations.

The new.website team’s core insight was that critical website features should be exposed as configuration, not implemented through dozens of prompts and manual code checks. Instead of forcing users to rebuild baseline functionality, the product offered thoughtful primitives.

Concrete examples of that built-in tooling include:

  • Built-in forms and databases. Every site shipped with forms by default, and every submission was stored automatically with zero setup.
  • Simple SEO features. Site generation included core SEO configuration such as meta tags and structure, with those settings surfaced directly in the UI for editing.
  • Content management. Content could be edited outside the website even when an agent generated it, a better experience for long-form entries like blogs.

The design goal behind every primitive was reducing the prompting burden required to implement and configure baseline website functionality, and that philosophy aligns directly with v0’s own direction. Bani and her team are joining v0 to strengthen its agent capabilities, so expect core features like forms, content, and data to feel native and fully agent-aware soon. Together, the combined team is working to make it easier for anyone to build and deploy real software.
