New Desktop Wallpapers for March 2022
It's that time again: artists and designers from around the world have submitted their latest creations to refresh your desktop for the month of March. As always, every wallpaper in the collection is available in two versions—one with a calendar for March 2022 and one without—and both can be downloaded free of charge.
Clicking any preview image opens a larger view. Each artist was given complete creative freedom, so the designs reflect their individual ideas and inspirations rather than a prescribed theme. If you are an artist or designer yourself, you can also contribute to an upcoming edition in this series.
Spring Is Coming
This design from PopArt Studio in Serbia celebrates the season of rebirth. The artwork evokes waking up to birdsong, morning sunshine, and the first flowers of the year—a theme of new beginnings, creativity, and inner reflection.

ActiveCollab, based in the United States, contributes a design with a simple but powerful reminder: to leave the Earth in better shape than we found it.

A Fresh Spin on March Celebrations
“Soap at the Bar” brings a burst of color to your screen with a playful, illustrated scene. The design comes from Ricardo Gimenes, who is based in Sweden. The artwork is available both with and without a calendar overlay, so you can pick the version that fits your workflow.

Designer Rahul Bhattacharya, who works with quadrant.technology in India, explains the idea: “We celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and that’s the inspiration behind the design. It denotes a month of prosperity with a little bit of luck in the form of lucky charm of St. Patty strewn around!”
