Git Merge returns for an in-person event in Chicago

Git Merge, the conference focused on the Git community, is scheduled for September 14–15 in Chicago, Illinois. The event will feature technical talks on the first day and pre-conference workshops on the second, designed to cater to Git users at every skill level.

All proceeds from ticket sales for Git Merge will be donated to the Software Freedom Conservancy, supporting their ongoing efforts to improve and protect open source software, including Git itself. Registration details and ticket information will be released in the near future.

Speaker proposal window

Those interested in presenting can submit proposals starting now through Sunday, July 10. The organizing team will respond to all submissions by July 22. Visit the Call for Speakers page for guidance on the types of talks being sought.
