There's something to be said for redesigning "in the open," with the write-ups to match.
Geoff has been at it for three months, having started in late December of last year. Along the way he has documented dev tooling choices, performance and accessibility considerations, the point where you question everything, and the return to work through evolving decisions — dark mode among them.
