A dashboard for multi-tenant account management
Cloudflare's first Tenant Platform shipped in 2018, built to give one large integration partner—IBM Cloud—a secure way to provision accounts for its clients, spin up custom subscriptions, invite users, and configure services without direct access to Cloudflare's own systems. That API-only platform proved effective for OEM and integration partners embedding Cloudflare inside their own products.
As the partner ecosystem expanded to include agencies, service providers, and system integrators, those organizations needed the same administrative controls but through the Cloudflare dashboard rather than a REST API. The new Tenant Platform dashboard answers that need, providing a UI for managing client accounts at scale—useful for partners as well as large enterprise customers overseeing multiple business units. The dashboard is now generally available.
Navigation and overview
Partner administrators will see a "Tenants" link in the left-hand navigation of the Cloudflare dashboard. That leads to a Tenant Overview page containing links to documentation, system basics, and the partner's program level.

Account and zone health at a glance
Early partner feedback pointed to the need for a quick way to assess the state of accounts and their underlying zones. In response, the team prioritized surface-level security and performance insights across all child accounts in the tenant system, so support teams can spot an account experiencing issues or misconfiguration and dive in without wading through each account individually.

Traffic insights are also aggregated, showing error rates across every child account.

Managed accounts list
A new Managed Accounts section under the Tenant category replaces what was previously scattered information. The table supports searching and summarizes each account under active management, including cumulative spend, product activation reviews, and the most recent audit log action. The design goal is a single page that conveys the health of all managed accounts and provides a direct path into any specific account.

On the roadmap
The roadmap through 2023 and 2024 focuses on maturing both the API and UI across several areas: tenant user management, centralized subscription management, billing and analytics rollups, and other foundational improvements. The longer-term aim is for Cloudflare to be the vendor partners can most easily integrate into their CDN, WAF, DDoS, Zero Trust, and Workers offerings.
