Deployment Logs and Functions
Debug logs are no longer rendered for deployments created through Git. The "Functions" tab on any deployment now displays requests for all Serverless Functions by default. Node.js 8 has reached end-of-life: deployments using Node.js 8.10.x will show a warning in the deployment logs now and will fail to build starting 2020-01-06.
Domain Management
Several updates affect how domains are handled. TXT verification records are now shortened to 10 characters, and Domain Redirects function correctly in Internet Explorer. If you use the alias property in now.json instead of configuring aliases on the "Domains" tab, a suggestion will appear in the dashboard to guide you. Wildcard Domains are now excluded from the "Redirect to" Domain feature.
The purchasing flow has been streamlined: you can now add a credit card directly when buying a domain, and clicking "Buy" on the dashboard's "Domains" tab retains the active team. After a purchase, you are redirected to the "Domains" tab rather than the documentation. The alias property in now.json now supports up to 50 Domains, matching the limit on the "Domains" tab.
Dashboard Updates
Log rendering now supports visual ASCII layouts. The "Deployment Duration" metric no longer includes time spent in the queue. Team slugs are automatically lowercased when entered with uppercase characters. The fieldset footer has been updated to clarify support for YouTube and Image links in Integration feature media.
