Updating PostgreSQL with pg_squeeze installed

pg_squeeze needs a config change after the latest PostgreSQL updates

The newest PostgreSQL maintenance releases introduce a configuration parameter called output_plugin_libraries. For installations running the pg_squeeze extension, that parameter has to be set during the update.

Specifically, the string pg_squeeze must be added to its value:

output_plugin_libraries = 'pg_squeeze'

Fail to make the adjustment and squeezing a table will fail with:

ERROR: library "pg_squeeze" may not be used as an output plugin
