Certifying Your PostgreSQL Trainers
For 25 years, PostgreSQL has been central to CYBERTEC's work, with training courses playing a key role in helping customers move from proprietary systems to open-source PostgreSQL. The goal is always effective knowledge transfer so customers can operate their databases independently. CYBERTEC now offers partners a path to certify their own trainers and deliver high-quality PostgreSQL courses internally.
Partner Benefits
The Train the Trainer program gives partners exclusive access to CYBERTEC's training expertise. Employees who complete the program can conduct professional PostgreSQL training, allowing partners to expand their service offerings with certified courses.
The Certification Path
The program is structured around four phases, from initial assessment through final certification.
1. Prerequisites
Before entering the main program, prospective trainers undergo a general assessment interview to verify their basic PostgreSQL knowledge and experience working with groups.
2. Main Program
Selected participants receive access to the full course material, trainer support, and the relevant online courses to build their skills.
3. Quality Assurance
Certification candidates are monitored through a remote examination and regular audits. Feedback surveys are also collected from pupils trained by partner instructors to ensure quality standards are maintained.
4. Certification
Upon successful completion, certificates are issued for the courses delivered by the newly trained trainers.
