Vercel Names Kathy Korevec Head of Product
Vercel has announced that Kathy Korevec is joining its leadership team as Head of Product. Korevec brings more than a decade of experience in developer-focused roles at Google, Heroku, and most recently GitHub, where she spent four years on the product leadership team.
Throughout her career, Korevec has concentrated on developer experience, open source advocacy, and usability of developer tools. Her background includes building resilience from growing up in Alaska, which has informed her approach to shipping developer-focused products. In her words, "it's my job to clear a path for the solution: to keep holding developers front and center as we move forward and build a better web."
At Vercel, Korevec will lead product teams as the company works to accelerate its mission of improving developer experience and building a faster, more performant web.
The hire is part of a broader period of growth at Vercel, which is actively recruiting for open positions as it expands its team.
